Brody's Mechanical Services Inc. is currently looking for a full time Service Technician to join our team, to service Norfolk County and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible to maintain a professional & courteous relationship with the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules / procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance & service on operation of existing equipment to manufacture's specifications
- Advise clients on proper maintenance and care of equipment and various HVAC options that might be needed
- Prepare and complete daily paperwork for each service call that has been completed
- Maintain service vehicle, tools & equipment in good working order
- Keep up-to-date with information on equipment and regulations
Skills & Experience
- Must have a Gas Technician “2” and ODP
- Must have at least a class “G” Driver’s License
- Must have Refrigeration license 313A or 313D
- Must have 3-5 years experience
- Must demonstrate the following; Teamwork, trustworthy, honest, respectful, flexible
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Excellent decision and judgment-making skills
