Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Home Care Business Development & Outreach Manager to lead client growth initiatives, community outreach, strategic partnerships, and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone confident in networking, relationship-building, sales, and promoting healthcare or community-based services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through referrals, partnerships, advertising, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s client base
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, social workers, discharge planners, senior communities, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue new referral and partnership opportunities
- Promote the company’s services through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Manage and support social media marketing and advertising campaigns
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into active clients
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
- Develop promotional materials and outreach campaigns
- Track business development activities and growth performance
- Assist with brand awareness and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or community engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet growth targets
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is an asset
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation & Benefits

- In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will receive a 3% commission on the total monthly revenue generated from each successfully acquired client
