We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of our automotive dealership. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting dealership departments, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Perform daily accounting functions using PBS
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
Post and reconcile bank deposits, floorplan transactions, credit cards, and general ledger entries
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations
Prepare and review accounting schedules and dealership financial reports
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in accordance with dealership standards
Dealership & Administrative Support
Support accounting operations across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and internal controls
Assist with audits and respond to accounting and administrative inquiries
Provide administrative and operational support to the Controller and management team
