Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative & Operations Coordinator & Industrialization Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and process improvement within a dynamic industrial environment. The successful candidate will support various functions including procurement, logistics, data analysis, and systems management to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement across departments.
Duties
- Assist with warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials management
- Support procurement processes by sourcing materials, managing pricing strategies, and coordinating with suppliers
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems (such as AS400 and other warehouse management systems) to track shipments, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements in supply chain workflows
- Manage demand planning and forecasting activities to optimize inventory levels and meet customer requirements
- Oversee packaging operations and coordinate freight and 3PL logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
- Support shipping & receiving functions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards
- Assist with sourcing activities related to procurement experience, including vendor evaluation and contract management
- Maintain accurate records within CMMS and warehouse management systems for materials and equipment tracking
- Operate forklifts when necessary (certification preferred) for materials handling within the warehouse environment
Requirements
- Basic understanding of warehouse distribution, supply chain processes, and procurement practices
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms; experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight logistics, 3PL coordination, and shipping & receiving procedures
- Strong data analysis skills for demand planning, pricing strategies, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience or familiarity with CMMS software, e-commerce platforms, packaging operations, and sourcing activities is desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) and perform order picking efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in materials management and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in warehouse or supply chain environments is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $48,193.89-$68,086.55 per year
