Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage merchandising displays to optimize product visibility and appeal
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital communication
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are a plus, especially for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role

Pay: $150.00-$3,300.00 per day
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
