Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct retail sales presentations and telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Engage in bilingual communication with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by providing insights into customer preferences and market trends.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as updating client records, preparing reports, and tracking sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client retention.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or marketing roles is a plus.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess market data and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Sales administration experience that includes managing CRM systems or similar tools is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
