Overview

Duties
- Develop new business through outside sales efforts and retail sales strategies
- Engage with potential clients via telemarketing and in-person meetings to assess insurance needs
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client requirements while ensuring company profitability
- Conduct analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize marketing techniques to promote insurance services and expand client base
- Assist clients in understanding policy details and coverage options in a clear and professional manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to close sales effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35,648.83-$106,922.54 per year
