Summary

Responsibilities
' Oversee daily store operations during shifts to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Handle cash register operations and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support hiring, training, and coaching new staff.

- Qualifications
' Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
