About the Opportunity
Frontline Crane Solutions is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Red Seal Mobile Crane Operator to join our growing team in the Vancouver area. We support a variety of heavy civil, industrial, infrastructure, marine, and construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding regions.
We are looking for a professional crawler operator who takes pride in their work, works well with crews and clients, and can safely execute lifts in challenging and dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site requirements.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
- Interpret lift plans, load charts, and site-specific procedures.
- Work closely with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and project teams.
- Maintain compliance with all WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety standards.
- Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and pre-job planning.
- Assist with crane setup, teardown, and reconfiguration as needed
Qualifications
- Red Seal Mobile Crane Operator Certification (required).
- Strong understanding of crane load charts, rigging practices, and lift planning.
- Experience in heavy civil, industrial, infrastructure, marine, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various project sites.
