Langfab Fabricators Ltd. is actively hiring Experience Service Repairer Truck & Trailer Mechanics to join our team in Surrey, BC!
Shifts:
We are currently hiring for both our Day Shift and Afternoon Shift.
Day Shift Runs: Monday to Friday - 7:00AM-3:30PM
Afternoon Shift Run: Monday to Friday - 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Job responsibilities:
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trailer bodies, systems, and components.
- Welding and Fabrication and repairs on all truck and trailer components. Steel and Aluminum.
- Truck and Trailer wiring and lighting
- Hydraulics systems installation and repairs. Pumps, PTO's, Valves, Cylinders and plumbing.
- Repair trailer suspension and brakes
- Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues.
- Compiling inspection reports, documenting repairs, and reporting all findings to management.
- Qualifications:
- Welding or fabrication experience required.
- Completion of a certificate program or technical training and experience in mechanics and truck repair is an asset
- 1+ year experience as a Commercial Transport Mechanic
- Experience of air brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and ABS brake systems preferred
- Experience with various hand tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical strength and stamina
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired.
