Overview
I'm not going to waste your time with a 2-page AI generated job description. We're looking for a Product Design Engineer/ Manufacturing Engineer, preferably with experience in the transporation sector (include what you can in your resume). If you have experience in Lean/ Six Sigma include that as well please.
Norberts is undergoing fairly rapid growth and product demand remains high. The brand is well established and highly thought of among our customers. The 2 greatest challenges we have are 1) making new products as manufacturable and streamlined as possible and 2) decreasing cycle times of our legacy products.
For new products we work in Inventor, legacy products are dealt with in SolidWorks. Both need work. We're a small office crew (flat hierarchy), have flexible schedules (though highly committed to project progress) and work tightly with operations. To succeed, you'll want to be self-motivated, able to work cross-discipline, creative and competent in designing manufacturable products with attention to detail when it comes to drawing control and documentation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
