Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Canada. Friday and Saturday night availability is mandatory. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during night hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and hospitality.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
