Accounting Clerk for a temporary full-time opportunity in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role will support the Finance team with invoicing, contract administration, procurement activities, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.
The estimated start date for this position is
July 27, 2026 , with an initial contract duration of approximately
three (3) months . The successful candidate may work up to 40 hours per week; however, assigned hours may vary based on operational requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate account discrepancies, anomalies, and variances, providing supporting analysis and explanations
- Assist with invoicing, procurement, and contract-related administration
- Maintain accounting reports, records, and spreadsheets to support financial operations
- Prepare and update reports used to monitor financial results and banking activities
- Compile financial information and support the bank reconciliation process
- Ensure outstanding reconciliation items are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities
- Support general finance and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
