Customer Care Representative

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will build relationships with customers through text, email, and phone communication. If you have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional customer follow-up by phone, text, and email.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through text, email, and online communication channels.
- Follow up with sales customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the appropriate staff members
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the dealership CRM.
- Monitor CRM tasks daily to ensure all customer communications and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Build rapport with customers while providing accurate information and assistance.
- Work closely with the sales, and management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage multiple conversations and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear, confident and kind speaking voice.
- Professional phone communication, texting, and email skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating/managing data logs.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service, dealership, administrative, or business development experience is considered an asset.
