We are currently seeking experienced and professional Open Deck Company Drivers to join our team. This role involves hauling flatbed, step deck, or specialized open-deck loads within Canada only—no cross-border travel required.
Key Responsibilities.

Transport deck freight across Canada in accordance with company and customer requirements

Secure loads safely, including tarping, chaining, and tying down as required

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment and loads meet safety standards

Maintain accurate driver logs and load documentation

Comply with all safety regulations, including hours of service and occupational health and safety.

Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding routes, scheduling, and safety concerns

Represent Q-Line professionally at customer sites

Support yard operations as required

Perform additional duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Class 1A or Commercial Driver’s License

Minimum two years of long-haul or cross-border driving experience preferred

Strong knowledge of transportation safety and regulatory requirements

Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads as required
