Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction and maintenance projects, performing manual labor tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the worksite to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures or equipment
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical drawings is a plus
- Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery operation is advantageous but training will be provided

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
