Kidco Construction is looking for a skilled and dependable Rubber Tire Backhoe Operator to join our Foundation Excavation division for the 2026 season.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-
Has experience in backfilling, compacting, loading trucks, digging trenches, etc.

Is able to read site drawings and plans.

Is willing to perform a variety of tasks, including using a rubber tire backhoe for various purposes, using a laser to shoot grade, setting up and taking down temporary fencing, and directing tandem traffic to efficiently remove excess materials.

Is capable of physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, lifting, etc.

Works well in a team setting and is a team player.

Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Overtime pay: After 8 hours each day and after 44 hours per week.

Vacation/Holiday pay: Paid on each cheque at a rate of 9.6%.
