If this sounds like you, MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist (Bilingual) to work based out of one of our offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; or Moncton, NB.
MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
The Intake Specialist will work as part of our team responsible for doing in-depth client intake calls.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent role-related education and experience
1-3 years relevant experience working in law or insurance (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
Bilingual fluency in both English and French is required
Demonstrated customer service experience
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of speed and accuracy
Proficiency and aptitude for working with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Case Management software
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgement
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to be flexible, and adapt easily to change
Experience working in the field of personal injury law is an asset
