Position Summary
The Sales Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors entering the showroom. This role ensures all visitors are greeted promptly, directed appropriately, and provided with exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dealership experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Visitor Greeting & Reception
- Welcome visitors immediately upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner
- Determine the purpose of each visit and notify the appropriate department
- Manage visitor flow during busy periods
Customer Experience Support
- Offer beverages and ensure customer comfort in waiting areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and showroom area
Administrative Support
- Maintain customer logs and daily traffic counts
- Update customer contact information as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
