Technical Sales Representative
Bar-Tech Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who enjoys working with people, providing product solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.
This is a territory based sales role covering Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford, and surrounding areas, with regular customer visits throughout the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Understand customer applications, challenges, and product requirements
- Recommend cutting tools and related industrial products
- Work closely with our inside sales and order desk team to support customer needs
- Work with suppliers to find product solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Grow sales within an assigned territory
- Represent Bar-Tech in a professional and positive manner
What We’re Looking For
- Background in manufacturing or industrial supply
- Knowledge of cutting tools or related industrial products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn, problem-solve, and follow up
- Valid driver’s licence
Sales experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with strong industry knowledge, a good attitude, and the desire to grow in a sales role.
