Duties
- Administer and score a variety of psychological tests and assessments tailored to children, adolescents, and adults.

- Collaborate with psychologists and healthcare professionals to interpret assessment results.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in research projects related to mental health diagnostics and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate assessment procedures and results clearly to patients and their families, ensuring understanding and comfort.
- Support patients during testing sessions, especially children or individuals requiring special education considerations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized testing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical or educational settings.
- Prior hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health assessments.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Background or training in research methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with special education needs or programs is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations.
