We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Line Cook to join the team at Pigeon Café.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure every dish is prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
- Set up and maintain your station for smooth, organized service.
- Assist with daily prep, including portioning, chopping, and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy brunch periods.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and organizing inventory as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Brunch experience is considered a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
