Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Lead to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and safely. The Project Lead will play a pivotal role in driving project success while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and review project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Interpret and utilize blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.
- Manage project budgets and perform construction estimating to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee subcontractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
- Utilize Bluebeam, ProCore, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid.
- Experience with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in project management within the construction industry with a focus on civil or general contracting projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
