Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled barista who loves coffee and customer service. You’ll craft personalized drinks, ensure a smooth and engaging espresso bar experience, and help create a welcoming environment that brings customers back. Your passion, attention to detail, and friendly service will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and tea beverages with consistency and care.
- Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in the work area.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while ensuring accuracy.
- Keep learning about coffee origins, flavors, and brewing techniques.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer concerns professionally to build loyalty.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista in an third wave café.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art (basic tulip or rosetta is a must).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Adaptable to flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Food handler certificate preferred.
