Your responsibilities will include providing personalized support, advocating for customer needs, and collaborating with teams to enhance the onboarding experience.

Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with business customers during the initial onboarding process after the sales cycle is complete and contracts are signed
- Data entry of new customer information into the Company CRM and other systems
- Submit standard forms to vendors
- Coordinate with customers for setup and installation appointments, following up to ensure appointments are executed as scheduled
- Update Company systems including CRM as onboarding projects progress
- Be the first and main point of contact for new business customers
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience onboarding new business customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Organized and able to manage multiple changing priorities
