ACCU-STAFF is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators for a fast-growing Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing team in Brampton. If you understand how machines work and take pride in quality, we want you on our floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations: Operate and adjust press machines. Manage tooling stacks and understand die configurations
- Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects to ensure top-tier quality standards
- Material Handling: Use hoists and overhead cranes to load/unload materials and support daily warehouse flow
- Packaging: Package aluminum extrusion products into appropriate packaging
- Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Manufacturing, Metal, or Aluminum Extrusion required
- Tool & Die or CNC experience is a strong asset
- Strong attendance record and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass police clearance
- Own safety gear required: steel-toe boots and safety glasses
Shift Details
Continental Rotation: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: swing every 2 weeks days/ nights includes every other weekend work
