Responsibilities
Production & Execution
- Keep up with the production line to meet operational targets
- Complete finishing tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform general labour duties related to mat production
Safety & Worksite Maintenance
- Work with the supervisor to maintain an orderly and safe worksite
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas
Equipment Operation
- Operate power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Support basic equipment upkeep and report issues as required
Experience
- Previous physical labour experience required
- Lumber or manufacturing industry experience is considered an asset
- Experience operating power tools and equipment preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and schedule

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors
- Basic understanding of conflict resolution and employee relations practices is considered an asset
Licence / Certification / Education
- Grade 12 education preferred
