RKD Massage Therapy, located inside the calm and welcoming Youtopia Medical Spa in Fergus, is a space where Registered Massage Therapists can grow, thrive, and focus on their passion for healing.
Working alongside a team of wellness professionals in a beautifully designed space, our RMTs provide personalized therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments that support each client’s journey toward better health and balance.
Your Role as a Registered Massage Therapist:
As an RMT at RKD Massage Therapy, you’ll offer individualized treatments with care and professionalism. Our goal is to support your practice so you can focus on what matters most your clients.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You are passionate about helping others feel their best

- You are a clear communicator and active listener
- You are a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- 2+ years of experience is an asset, but not required
- Spa or wellness clinic experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 30–90 minute massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Review client health history and adapt services accordingly
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Share home-care or wellness advice when appropriate
- Keep treatment spaces clean, professional, and welcoming
- Follow all relevant health and safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
