We are currently looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle fare quotations, reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes
- Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally
- Promote travel deals and special offers
- Manage booking records and customer information accurately
- Support social media inquiries and basic online customer engagement
- Work towards monthly sales targets and company goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of airline systems and fare rules is an asset
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close bookings confidently
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Punjabi or Hindi is an asset
