Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records.
- Engage in upselling and suggest additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and respectful interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
Requirements
- New Entry or experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry efficiently with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
Pay: $26.25-$34.31 per hour
