Host – Full-Time & Part-Time

We’re looking for friendly, organized Hosts to be the welcoming face of our operation and help create a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish. If you enjoy engaging with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Take and process takeout orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate order flow between customers and kitchen staff
- Maintain awareness of store and lunch service activity to support smooth operations
- Provide basic product and menu information to customers
- Assist with front-of-house organization and cleanliness
- Support team members as needed across retail and lunch service areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors, spot-cleaning spills, and ensuring a safe environment
- Helping organize and reset the space at the start and end of each day
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
