Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial and office environments. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming space for clients and staff. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client spaces
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
Pay: $15.19-$17.00 per hour
