Boat transportation is provided from Rockport, making this a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work on the water while gaining experience in customer service, hospitality, and golf/country club operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones and provide general information
- Operate POS system and handle transactions
- Book tee times, check in players, and collect green fees
- Assist with sales and restocking of merchandise
- Serve light food, snacks, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, restrooms, and dining areas
- Assist with maintaining the clubhouse exterior
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts
- Support tournaments and events (setup, registration, catering assistance)
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of golf is an asset
Requirements (or willingness to obtain)
- Smart Serve Certification
- Food Handler Certification
- Boater’s License
- Available May to mid October

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
