Compensation: Salary Starting at $42, 000 / year + Rent Reduction and 2 weeks earned vacation.
Rose City, a beautifully maintained 72-unit senior living building in Welland, Ontario, is seeking a responsible live in Resident Building Manager (or couple) to oversee the day-to-day operations of this adult-only residence. This is a live in position ideal for a couple with good communication skills and cleaning practice.
This is a no pets, no smoking building catering to mature tenants who value peaceful, well-kept surroundings.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas
- Show available suites to prospective tenants and coordinate rental processes
- Collect and deposit monthly rent payments
- Manage tenant move-ins/move-outs professionally
- Oversee building security and ensure resident satisfaction
- Monitor laundry facilities and ensure they are tidy and operational
- Liaise with head office and contractors as required
- Repairs and Maintenance are not required for this position.

- Reliable and self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Previous building or property management experience preferred
- Physically capable of daily cleaning duties
