Mahoe Health is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to provide Counselling & Psychotherapy Services.
We are looking for clinicians with a minimum of 3–5 years of post-master's clinical experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups as appropriate
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and referral partners
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with your regulatory body
- Provide high-quality, client-centred care that supports positive outcomes
QualificationsRequired
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related mental health discipline
- Registration in good standing with one of the following:
- College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Other regulated college authorized to provide psychotherapy services in Ontario
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-master's clinical experience preferred
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience providing virtual therapy and telehealth services
- Experience working with EAP clients
- Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, or other evidence-based treatment approaches
- Experience supporting children, youth, adults, couples, and families
- Multilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply
