Live and work year-round in beautiful Jasper National Park. Jasper Pizza is one of Jasper's best and busiest restaurants. We have an amazing roof-top patio, street-side patio, dining room, and take-out/delivery program. Our team needs experienced personnel to help manage our team and ensure quality and timing standards are met.
Position: BOH Supervisor - Management
Wage: Based on Experience + gratuities
Hours: Up to 40 Hrs a week

Requirements: 2 years of kitchen line cooking or prep cooking experience. Food Safe accreditation is required.

Duties and Expectations:

Supervise and maintain the proficiency of the kitchen team

Plan & execute dinner and or lunch service with team members

Ensure communication between the prep team and line team

Prepare inventory orders for the chef

Maintain Hygiene and sanitation practices for the kitchen

Coach, train & mentor station cooks

Create prep lists for the morning team

Close or Open the kitchen Line to standards set out by the chef and sous chef
