The scope of work for the Logistics/Operations Manager includes, but is not limited to, the
following:
- Dispatching equipment and directing employees;
- Supervising employee activity;
- Managing employee files;
- Assisting with employee hiring and onboarding;
- Employee scheduling, including assigning work, granting time off, creating and revising on-call and vacation schedules, and authorizing employee overtime where applicable;
- Performing monthly workplace inspections;
- Operating equipment as required;
- Approving maintenance orders for equipment and repairs;
- Ordering supplies and parts;
- Assisting management with policy creation and/or updates as needed;
- Assisting with and completing master service agreements and vendor packages
- Overseeing monthly log books and audits;
- Assisting with employee performance reviews and discipline;
- Assisting with near miss, incident, and ACTION reports;
- Adhering to the company’s escalation process;
- Adhering to Impact Oilfield Services Ltd.’s HSE manual, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), and Safe Work Procedures; and
- Such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
