Leaside Elite Soccer Club
Overview
Leaside Elite Soccer Club is seeking an experienced and licensed Coaches to lead our premier youth development program. This role is designed for a high-level coach with a strong technical background and a passion for developing serious young players in a professional training environment.
The Coach will be responsible for leading or assisting advanced training groups, supporting the club’s development philosophy, and helping establish high performance standards across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assisting premier-level training sessions for advanced youth players
- Implement and deliver the club’s technical development curriculum
- Mentor and support junior coaching staff when required
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and intensity
- Provide player evaluations and development feedback
- Assist with team selection and program planning
- Communicate effectively with club leadership and parents
Schedule
- Evening and weekend hours
- Weekday evenings
- Weekend training or match days
Pay
$30.00-$50.00 per hour
Based on licensing, experience, and responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum CSA/Canada Soccer C License
- Preferred: B License or higher
- Proven experience coaching competitive or academy-level players
- Learn to Train
- Fundamentals
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge
- Leadership experience with youth teams or development programs
- Professional communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in OPDL, academy, or high-performance environments First Aid/CPR certification, Valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check
