- Payrate: $25.00/hr
- Shift: Day shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
- Paid training
- Full-time hours (37.5/week)
- Clean and safe work environment
- Hybrid work model (mostly remote, 1 day onsite/month)
- Opportunity for extension based on performance
- Conduct investigations into discrepancies in retail and wholesale banking operations
- Review and resolve out-of-balance and suspense accounts
- Research transactions and identify root causes of issues
- Communicate findings and solutions to internal teams and branches (in French & English)
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements
- Prior banking experince
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail
- Bilingual (French & English) required
