You will work in small teams using premium, natural cleaning products, with clear daily schedules and app-based communication. Your day starts and ends at our warehouse and no taking supplies home.

What the role looks like:
- Residential cleaning (deep cleans, move-ins/outs, post-renovations)
- Work in teams of 2–3 technicians
- Follow clear daily schedules using our app
- Deliver high-quality service clients rely on
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM. Start and end your day at our warehouse — no taking supplies home!
Pay & Progression
We believe in being clear and transparent about how pay works:
- Training period (first 10 days): $15/hour (paid)
- After training:
- $20/hour for cleaning time, after 90 days - $22
- $18/hour for warehouse time
- $15/hour for driving time + $0.70/km mileage
- All tips are yours (average ~$2,200/year)
Most team members successfully complete training and move to full pay rates within their first two weeks.
What You Bring
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license or Class 5 to drive company vehicles
- Smartphone with data and good working camera
- Acceptable background check
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs and perform cleaning tasks
- Be comfortable to climb 25ft high ladder during post-reno cleans
- Strong English Communication as we communicate with clients: English reading, writing, and speaking
- Positive, respectful team attitude
