Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator, who can operate Order picker and Reach truck (Both Raymond and Crown machines) to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.
Available Shift Schedules (Choose Your Crew):
Crew 1 – Mon to Thu, 5:00am – 3:30pm
Crew 2 – Mon to Thu, 3:30pm – 2:00am
Crew 5 – Fri to Mon, 5:00am – 3:30pm
Crew 6 – Thu to Sun, 3:30pm – 2:00am
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate Order Picker and Reach forklift machines (Raymond & Crown models) safely and efficiently
- Perform all MHE-related tasks including picking, put away, replenishment, and pallet movement
- Load, unload, and organize inbound/outbound freight
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to complete tasks and manage inventory
- Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain strict compliance with health & safety procedures
Experience
- Valid Order Picker and/or Reach Truck forklift certification
- Experience operating Raymond and/or Crown equipment (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent MHE experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or materials handling roles.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods.
