At Plett Truck Repair we have a high output repair shop in which we repair everything from highway transport trucks to crane trucks to hydrovac's and everything in between.
Our customer service is held to the utmost highest standard and it cannot be stressed enough. We are looking for applicants who have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with the team and promote and maintain a positive working environment.
Duties:
- Consulting with techs and shop manager
- Customer Service
- Managing paperwork
- Following up on all active Service Orders
- Scheduling services
- Assisting Service Technicians as required
- Performing various duties as assigned by the Shop Manager
Requirements:
- Heavy Truck and Equipment knowledge an asset
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Shop Foreman experience is an asset
- Experience with Fullbay is an asset
