Job Title: Experienced Painter
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced painters to join our dedicated team of professionals. Applicants must possess high quality skills in brushwork and rolling, in-depth knowledge of prep work (caulking, scraping, sanding, filling, masking, etc.), excellent attention to detail, and have at least 2 years of experience in the painting industry. Spraying skills are considered an asset.

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, seasonal. *Candidates who excel in the position will be considered for year-round employment.
- Pay: $23.00-30.00 per hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prep and painting experience.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from job sites. This includes travel throughout the Nanaimo surrounding area: Ladysmith, Nanoose, Parksville, Qualicum. Gas money for distance travel is provided.
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Painting with a high professional standard, demonstrating efficiency and precision in each project.
- Prepare and protect surfaces for painting including scraping, sanding, filling, priming, and masking.
- Ability to learn and work cohesively with our existing team.
- Communicate with clients and our management team to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
