We are a public accounting firm that primarily serves the Korean community, and we are currently seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team.

The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Completing compilation engagements for clients.
- Preparing personal and corporate tax returns.
- Managing bookkeeping for a variety clients.
- Assisting with audit preparation and support.
- Handling ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
This position offers opportunities for increased responsibilities based on the candidate's skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will either be a recent graduate from an accounting program or an experienced staff accountant with a background in public accounting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
- Accounting education (diploma or degree) is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks, CaseWare, TaxPrep and Excel is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
