Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Furnace and Carpet Cleaning helper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in cleaning techniques, customer service, and maintenance will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform Furnace, Duct and carpet cleaning services using a variety of methods and equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
- Handle heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist in general custodial tasks as needed to support overall facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Furnace, Duct and Carpet Cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment used in cleaning.
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in all tasks performed.
