We work with homeowners across Ontario who are looking to improve and transform their outdoor spaces with durable, modern, and well-designed solutions. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales & Estimator to join us.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners, presenting project solutions, preparing estimates, and closing deals.
You will work with qualified inbound leads and guide customers from the first conversation through consultation, quotation, and closing. In the beginning, you will attend meetings with senior team members to understand our products, process, and pricing. Over time, you will manage your own pipeline and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads in a timely manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outdoor living solutions
- Present pergola, sunroom, glass enclosure, and backyard system options
- Schedule and attend customer consultations
- Conduct site visits and gather project details
- Prepare accurate estimates and professional quotations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move deals toward closing
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
- Coordinate with installation, operations, and internal team members
- Support customers throughout the sales and project planning process
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience in B2C sales or home improvement sales is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with homeowners and understand their needs
- Comfortable traveling for site visits and consultations
- English required; French is an asset
- Experience in construction, windows and doors, outdoor living, sunrooms, pergolas, or related industries is a strong asset
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped commission
