Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Amity Management is seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team in London, Ontario. This role is ideal for a highly creative individual with exceptional graphic design skills who enjoys bringing ideas to life through compelling visual content. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity by designing professional marketing materials, creating engaging digital content, managing social media, and supporting company events and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, signage, presentations, promotional materials, and branded assets.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, and visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments and dental offices to develop creative campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and support corporate events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for a variety of digital and print channels.
- Stay current with design trends, marketing strategies, and emerging digital tools to continuously enhance our brand presence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft 365, and social media management platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work across print and digital media.(Mandatory)
- Experience creating content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Photography, videography, and basic video editing skills are considered strong assets.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel between offices as required.
