What You'll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our services.
- Build rapport and identify homeowners' needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our premium home detailing services.
- Generate quotes and close high-ticket sales.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Sleek Home Detailing brand with integrity.
- Track leads and completed sales.
Compensation
- 15% commission on every sale
- No cap on earnings
- Our current sales representatives are consistently earning $300–$800 per day, with top performers exceeding that.
- Weekly payouts.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
