Site Manager

Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 a year
Summary of Role:

A Site Manager’s role in this company is to manage a team in holding auctions and managing equipment yards, while regularly reporting to the Regional General Manager and adhering to safety and law standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hold and oversee site events
- Manage the yard, including intaking equipment and filling, organizing, cataloguing, and listing the yard
- Use a marketing platform to list the yard
- Create a positive and open team environment
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as identify and mitigate risks to safety and security on-site
- Market items being sold and encourage them towards potential buyers
- Direct other staff regarding auctions and yard coordination
- Regularly report performance and financial metrics regarding auctions to upper management
- Set clear goals for team and oversee performance
- Identify, understand, and resolve potential conflicts in the team
- Manage shift scheduling and assist in hiring and team personnel needs by collaborating with the HR Development team
Qualifications Required:
- Past experience in construction, agriculture, or a related field
- Managerial and equipment experience
Skills Required:
- Understanding of and adherence to CSR
- Ability to manage a team
