Job Summary
Stelter Detailing is seeking motivated, detail-oriented team members to join our growing shop in Regina. We're hiring for two roles: Automotive Detailers and Polish & Ceramic Technicians. This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to build real skills, grow within a fast-scaling company, and be part of an energetic, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. Whether you're detailing interiors or performing paint correction and ceramic coating installs, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality by ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop looking its absolute best.
The Roles
Automotive Detailer Full interior and exterior detailing — washing, vacuuming, shampooing, and finishing work. Previous detailing experience is a big plus, but not required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
Polish & Ceramic Technician Machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating application. This is skilled, precision work on high-value vehicles. Previous polishing and paint correction experience is very strongly preferred for this role — we cannot stress this enough. It is not a hard requirement, but candidates with hands-on machine polishing experience will be given serious priority, and applicants without it should expect a longer development path before joining the Polish & Ceramic team.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
